Applicability: There was one or more vaccine storage emergencies in the past 12 months. Scoring: 1: Appropriate actions were taken to protect vaccines for the last such emergency. 0: Otherwise. Guidance: A vaccine storage emergency is any emergency requiring vaccine to be moved to an alternative cold storage device or location. Eg. equipment breakdown, power loss, etc.
