R0278 - Responsible staff know how to condition ice-packs.

R0279 - Responsible staff know that cool packs should be prepared in dedicated refrigerator compartiments.

R0280 - Responsible staff know how to prevent freezing during transportation in cold climates.

R0281 - Responsible staff know how to pack insulated containers for transportation.

R0282 - Responsible staff know that warm-packs should not be packed with very heat sensitive vaccines (VVM2 or VVM7).

R0283 - Responsible staff know that ice-packs should not be packed with freeze sensitive vaccines.
